Base Ball Bear's New Project

After hiring 9000 people for their first one-man at Budokan, Base Ball Bear will embark on a new project.

The announcement began on the band's twitter announcing a new mysterious project. There was not much information about it at first. It's called PROJECT:DESIGN TO xxLL/xxSS and a special YouTube channel was specially opened for this project.

PROJECT:DESIGN TO xxLL/xxSS is formed by the four former members from Base Ball Bear as well as two other artists. One part of the project is a hip hop singer called Kyo Nuno (from zuttozuletellz). Another part of the project, ACCO, a young reggae singer who released her first album, Song for You, on December 2008 on Three Tree Music records. The results is astonishing, mixing the Base Ball Bear's soft rock sound with two more urban voices.

The song was chosen for the Glico meets Shibuya advertising campaign from Glico (and their famous products : Pocky, Pretz, Papico, Giant Paplico) in collaboration with the magazine Tokyo Graffiti. If you pay attention, you can also see the band members amongst the customer's pictures. Two other artists, Aira Mitsuki and SAWA, also took part in this campaign.

The song of this new project will also used as tie up for "Kuchibiru Detective". This song also has a big reference and special thanks to BEAT CRUSADERS.
