New Single from AKB48

Idol group AKB48 will release a new single on May 23rd.

Titled Manatsu no Sounds good!, the single will be accompanied by the B-side Mitsu no namida and will be available in two regular and two limited editions. It will also include a third track, which varies between the Types A and B, as well as the karaoke versions of the three featured tracks.

Each version will also come with a DVD in a special hologram box featuring four PVs: the regular and dance version PVs for Manatsu no Sounds good!, the PV for 3つの涙 and the PV for the single's respective third track. The DVDs will also feature either the Type A or Type B version of AKB48's election footage.

All editions will come with a serial number to vote in AKB28's upcoming election, selecting which members will participate in the group's 27th single. The regular types will each come with a photograph randomly selected from 36 kinds, while the limited types will instead come with a ticket to attend a meet-and-greet with AKB48, which is only valid within Japan.
