A Japanese male VTuber from the HOLOSTARS unit UPROAR!!, Minase Rio debuted on March 30th, 2022.

His character is a ghost who passed away while still dreaming of becoming an idol. In the group’s lore, he was recruited by fellow UPROAR!! member Yatogami Fuma as part of an odd-job request, deciding to aim to be an idol once again. While he is a ghost himself, it is said that he has a low tolerance for scary things.

Rio has a somewhat androgynous look with a high, gentle singing voice that often leads first-time viewers to mistake him for a woman. Like the other VTubers from HOLOSTARS, he is not just a singer and often streams himself playing video games or chatting and taking part in various challenges with other talents from the hololive Production agency. His fans are called "RIOFAM".
