LIGHTNING

LIGHTNING is a heavy metal band greatly inspired by the style of groups like Gamma Ray and VOLCANO. Their music often features a nostalgic or heroic vibe which, combined with their vocalist howling the sing-along choruses in a theatrical way, creates a sound that is aggressive and technical, but undeniably fun.

A few of the band’s current members also have experience in martial arts—particularly guitarist IRON-CHINO—and they sometimes show off their skills in their music videos, further adding to the heroic atmosphere of their music.
