Yamashita Tomohisa and Nishikido Ryo Have Left NEWS

Johnny's Entertainment have announced that Yamashita Tomohisa and Nishikido Ryo withdrew from the band NEWS on October 7th.

Yamashita will concentrate on his solo career, while Nishikido will continue his work in Kanjani8. It has been stated that NEWS will not disband, but instead Koyama Keiichiro, Kato Shigeaki, Masuda Takahisa and Tegoshi Yuya will continue activities as four-member band.
