Anna Tsuchiya Sings Theme for "BATTLE ROYALE 3D"

Popular model, actress and singer Anna Tsuchiya, who will release the album RULE on September 22nd, will sing the theme song for movie "BATTLE ROYALE 3D".

The song will be called CHECKMATE mash up and will be based on Verdi's classical piece Requiem, which was used for the original version of the movie from 2000. Tsuchiya will work with female rapper ANTY the Kunoichi and beat maker VOLTA MASTERS.

Kinji Fukasaku‘s "BATTLE ROYALE" is considered as one of the most successful Japanese films ever made. The Japanese theatrical release of its 3D version is planned for 20th of November 2010.
