Dir en grey, a band that successfully evades categorization, have set the release of their newest single for December 2nd.

Rumors concerning an upcoming release have been floating around the band's fans since their latest European tour, getting fired up by Kaoru's comment on a recent JaME interview and hazy announcements on their official MySpace. The announcement of the release was made today on their official website.

The single will be titled Hageshi sato, kono mune no naka de karamitsui ta shakunetsu no yami, but little else is known about its contents. Even though the band is in the middle of a Japanese tour, they have yet to introduce any new songs during the concerts. New information will be posted as it is released.
