Kagrra, have revealed all the details regarding their upcoming single, due to come out on October 21st, titled
Shiki.
As mentioned earlier,
Shiki was chosen to be used as the tie-in song to the upcoming movie "Tanagokoro no shousetsu", based on the series of the same title, written by famous writer and novelist
Kawabata Yasunari, who won a Nobel Prize for Literature in 1968.
The single, besides the title track, will come with the up-tempo b-side
Musoukyou and will be available in both regular and limited editions. The latter, as usual, will feature a DVD including the PV for the title track, while the regular version will include a third track titled
Gikyoku kagome uta, a heavily jazz-inspired song. Samples for all three songs can already be heard via the group's
official website.
Additionally,
Kagrra, have booked a new tour in order to promote the single. Titled
meguri, this tour will span nine cities, starting at HEAVEN'S ROCK Saitama Shintoshin VJ-3 on December 2nd and ending at Mito Light House on the 23rd.
