Jero Cover Album

Afro-American enka singer Jero has announced the release the second edition of his cover album series on September 23rd, simply titled Covers 2.

Covers 2, available in both CD and cassette tape formats, will feature seven tracks, each with several new elements to create a fresh feel to the melodies. Reggae rhythms, classical sounds, electric guitars and more are expected to be heard in the songs, among them Matteiru onna, by Itsuki Hiroshi, Aijin, by Chinese pop singer Teresa Teng, and Yukiguni, by enka singer-songwriter Yoshi Ikuzou. A bonus track, currently unknown, will also be included on the album.
