Details of GLAY's New Single and Album

GLAY have revealed more details about their upcoming single, I am xxx, and best-of collection album, THE GREAT VACATION VOL.1. The single, set to come out on May 25th, will be used as a tie-up song for the movie "Last Blood" and will feature four tracks in total: the title-song, its instrumental version, Fuyu no Etranger (THE GREAT VACATION-extra-Live ver.), and a preview of THE GREAT VACATION VOL.1. The limited edition version will also come with a DVD containing footage from all four member-produced concerts, held on April 8th and 17th.

In addition, more information about the best-of compilation has also been released. The album will feature two discs containing most of their singles released since 2000, from MERMAID to Aka to kuro no MATADORA, plus some b-sides, a re-recorded version of Yuuwaku and the album track MIRROR. The third disc, considered to be a new album, will feature 13 tracks. Lastly, the album will be released in three editions: limited type A will also come with a DVD including a music video collection, while limited type B will come with the documentary pure soul"MOVIE".
