Tokyo Jihen is Back!

Tokyo Jihen, the band fronted by the eccentric singer Shéna Ringö has announced they will be releasing a new single, their first in a year and a half.

The single, Osca is scheduled for release on July 11th. The band has also scheduled a tour for October and November.
