Nakajima Miyuki & TOKIO

TOKIO has announced the release of a double A-side single titled Sorafune / do! do! do!. It's due out on August 23rd and the first track will be a collaboration with one of JPop's queens, Nakajima Miyuki. Miyuki wrote and composed the first song, and the arrangements are said to be focusing on the strings and brass sections of the orchestra. Sorafune will also be the theme the My☆Boss My☆Hero dorama, in which one of TOKIO's members, Nagase Tomoya, is starring in. The second track will be the used as part of an Xbox 360 TV commercial that all five members of TOKIO are starring in. Three editions are planned, two of which will come with a DVD for 1200 yen and the CD only edition will be 1100 yen.

TOKIO will be starting their TOKIO Special GIGs 2006 ~Get Your Dream~ Zepp tour for nine dates starting on August 14th.
