New Digital Single from XY

XY, the boy group born from the YOSHIKI-produced NTV and Hulu Japan talent competition program "YOSHIKI SUPERSTAR PROJECT X", released a new digital single on June 7th.

XY is a 13-member hybrid group that combines two units, a five-piece band and an eight-member dance-vocal group. The new single, YG, is performed by the band side of the group, which consists of drummer Kyohey, guitarist Kairi, bassist Furutatsu and vocalists Karma and Gai.

YG was produced by YOSHIKI, with music by BLUE BLOOD and Gai and lyrics written by Yoshi, Kyohey and Gai. The track was arranged by Gai and Ayumu Minezawa.

XY will release a second digital single titled GET STUPID performed by its dance-vocal side on June 14th.
