Marina to Leave Aldious

Power metal band Aldious have announced the imminent depature of their drummer, Marina.

Marina, who joined Aldious in 2015, will take her final bow with the band on February 19th at Daikanyama SPACE ODD in Tokyo, after the last of three farewell concerts.

In a message of the band's website, Marina attributed her depature to the recent recurrence of a chronic condition, ulcerative colitis, which she's been dealing with since before she joined Aldious.

In her nine-year tenure, Marina featured on two original albums — 2015's Radiant A and 2017's Unlimited Diffusion — as well as the Evoke duology of self-cover albums.
