New EP from Matenrou Opera

Symphonic metal band Matenrou Opera will release a new EP on December 13th.

EVIL will contain six tracks, and is the band’s first major release since their album Shinjitsu wo shittiku monogatari in June 2022.

Matenrou Opera's only other release in that time — a live-limited single given out at their 16th anniversary concert Suigyoku no Waltz in May — is not currently scheduled for wider distribution.

Matenrou Opera will release a music video for the song Shita on November 26th. A teaser can be watched in the tweet below, followed by live videos of Kassai to gekijo no Gloria and Sakura filmed at the aforementioned 16th anniversary concert.
