New Self-Cover Single from DIR EN GREY

Rock band DIR EN GREY will release a new self-cover single on January 17th.

19990120's title refers to the release date of DIR EN GREY's major debut singles Yurameki, Zan, and Akuro no oka. The single has been produced in honour of the 25th anniversary of the simultaneous triple release.

19990120 will be available in four editions, all containing rerecorded versions of Yurameki, Zan, and Akuro no oka. The limited editions will also include live footage from a fanclub-exclusive launch event for their debut album GAUZE, filmed at Amagasaki LIVE SQUARE on July 30th 1999.

Elsewhere, as previously reported, DIR EN GREY will be returning to Europe next March for their EUROPE TOUR24 FROM DEPRESSION TO ________ [mode of Withering to death. & UROBOROS], playing nine shows across four countries.
