Johnny's boyband Snow Man will release their eighth single Tapestry / W on March 15th.
One of the two title tracks, Tapestry, is now available for streaming worldwide exclusively on YouTube and YouTube Music. The song serves as the theme for the supernatural historical romance "My Happy Marriage", starring group member Ren Meguro.
Adapted from the novel of the same name by Akumi Agitogi, the film is said to be "a new twist on an old fairy-tale filled with adversity, hope, and the promise of happy-ever-after, no matter how unplanned it might have been". It will be hitting theatres
in Japan on March 17th.
Also included on the CD release will be W, the theme song to the NTV medical drama "Dai Byoin Senkyo" ("Hospital Under Siege"), starring fellow Johnny & Associates artist Sho Sakurai of ARASHI.
The single will be available in three editions. Limited edition A will add a bonus DVD featuring music videos for the two title tracks and behind the scenes footage. Limited Edition B's DVD will include a multi-angle version of the Tapestry video, a "lip sync video" for Luv Classic and a video titled "Quiz Snow Man!!". The CD-only regular edition will add two additional tracks: Luv Classic and NO SURRENDER!, as well as instrumental versions of all four songs.
