Rap-rock band UZMK unveiled a new music video for NEW WORLD on November 29th.
NEW WORLD is the title track from a digital EP the band released on October 26th. The EP contains two tracks: the title song and Break Down. Links to download and stream the release are available here.
Directed by Kotarou Nogami, the song's music video was shot in UZMK's hometown of Osaka, and it is said to combine footage of the city with a vision of the area in the distant future. It is said to express the current sound of UZMK through neon lights.
UZMK traces its roots back to the mixture rock band UZUMAKI, which began activities in the 90s. In 2014, they suspended their activities as UZUMAKI, welcomed new members, and changed their name to UZMK. This September, they
announced they have signed a deal with indie label TWILIGHT RECORDS, which is also home to rock band PRAISE.
