New Album from LIV MOON

Symphonic metal band LIV MOON will release a new album on December 21st.

OUR STORIES is the band's first full-length release since 2012's The End of the Beginning. It will contain nine songs, variously composed by keyboardist Tatsuya Nishiwaki, long-time collaborator KASZIN, guitarist KENTARO, bassist MASAKI, MAHATMA drummer Hideki Harusawa, and violinist Saori Hoshino.

One of Hoshino's contributions, The Lament, is a cover of a track by instrumental duo soLi with lyrics added by vocalist AKANE LIV. Guitarist ISAO, the other half of soLi, performs on the song and two other tracks.

AKANE LIV's lyrics for the album are said to be inspired by her uniquely multicultural background, being the daughter of a Polish-Swedish father and Korean-Japanese mother.
