MORRIE to Release DEAD END Self Cover Album

MORRIE will release a self cover album featuring songs from DEAD END on September 7th. This release is dedicated to the band's guitarist Adachi "YOU" Yuji, who passed away in 2020.

Titled Ballad D, the album will feature songs selected by MORRIE himself. It will feature Okano Hajime as a producer, and also LUNA SEA guitarist SUGIZO, NIGHTMARE guitarist Sakito, and violinist Heather Paauwe as guest musicians.

The First Limited Edition will come with a DVD containing the music video for Serafine, as well as making-of footage and an interview with MORRIE. It will also include a 40-page photo booklet. The regular edition will be CD-only.

MORRIE will also hold a show celebrating the album's release at Tokyo's SHIBUYA PLEASURE PLEASURE on September 10th.
