Ieiri Leo Postpones First EP

Singer-songwriter Ieiri Leo has postponed the release of her first EP Answer from April 22nd to May 13th due to the effects of the COVID-19 crisis. Instead, the title track will be digitally distributed on the original release date.

Answer was selected as the opening theme of NHK E Tele "Major Second" second season, and it is included on Ieiri's upcoming EP. The EP also includes five cover songs selected by the artist herself from about 10,000 emails gathered in a project where fans sent in requests.

The cover songs included are YEN TOWN BAND's Swallowtail Butterfly ~Ai no uta~, Elephant Kashimashi's Kanashimi no hate, Shimoda Itsuro's Naku kamoshirenai, Hirai Ken's POP STAR and Yamaguchi Momoe's Cosmos.
