New Releases from Oka Midori

Enka singer Oka Midori will put out a new album and live release in the coming weeks.

Onna gokoro ~Junin toiro~ will be Midori's third studio album. The album will drop on October 23rd, and it will feature ten tracks in total. As the title indicates, the release focuses on works by female songwriters and composers.

One month later, Midori will put out a new live release. Tentatively titled Oka Midori Recital 2019 ~Enbi Vol.2~, the release will be available on Blu-ray, DVD and CD on November 27th. All formats will feature footage from her show held at Shinjuku Bunka Center on September 7th. At present, not many details have been given about the tracklist. It will be revealed at a later date.

Below, you can watch a short MV spot for her latest single Kami no tsuru, which was originally released in February this year. Two additional versions of the release hit stores in June.
