Visual kei band ACME will release a new single on July 10th.
Mononoke Requiem will be available in two editions. Type A will feature two tracks: the title song and its karaoke version. Type B will feature a coupling track titled Golden Time instead, as well as a commentary track where the members explain the songs.
Both songs were composed as a collaborative effort by the band members. Mononoke Requiem features lyrics written by vocalist CHISA and drummer HAL, while the lyrics to Golden Time were written by HAL alone.
In addition, ACME have announced that they will be heading back to the US next month. They will be taking the stage at A-Kon, an annual convention held in Dallas, Texas. This year, A-Kon will be taking place at Fair Park, and it will stretch from June 27th to 30th. Head over to the convention's official website for more information.
