Ryuichi Kawamura Undergoes Cancer Surgery

LUNA SEA frontman Ryuichi Kawamura has announced he recently underwent successful surgery for lung cancer.

Writing on his personal blog, Kawamura identified the cancer as lung adenocarcinoma. He also said that because it was a small cancer, he won't be needing post-operative treatment or radiation therapy.

He expects to return to musical activities within the coming months.
