New Mini-Album from THIS IS JAPAN

Rock band THIS IS JAPAN will release a new mini-album on May 2nd.

Titled FROM ALTERNATIVE, it will feature eight tracks. These will include a new mix of Mousou Daytime, a song originally released on an omnibus album the band put together called NOT FORMAL 〜NEW ALTERNATIVE〜 that hit stores in November 2017. The jacket and artist photo for the release were designed by Ryo Nakamura from POLYSICS.

Formed in 2011, THIS IS JAPAN is a twin vocal band influenced by 90s alternative rock. North American readers may remember them from the Next Music From Tokyo vol.9 tour, which took them across Canada along with four other Japanese indie acts in 2016.
