New EP from Shiggy Jr.

Pop band Shiggy Jr. will release a new EP on May 23rd.

Titled KICK UP!! E.P., it will be available in two editions. Both will feature five tracks, including a new song titled Oteage Psychics, which will be used as an opening theme for the anime series "The Disastrous Life of Saiki K.". Guitarist Shigeyuki Harada has stated that Oteage Psychics is the most rock song the band has released, and that it is somewhat psychedelic.

The limited edition feature a bonus DVD, although its contents have not yet been revealed. The regular edition will be CD-only.
