New Music from THE Yatou

THE Yatou, the side project of Shounannokaze MC SHOCK EYE and Porno Graffitti guitarist Shindo Haruichi, has been busy recording new music recently.

Now, the members are trusting their fans to pick out the best new tracks they have produced. During a special broadcast on LINE LIVE in honour of the 6th anniversary of their major debut, THE Yatou debuted two new songs: 777 and Yumeko-chan. After the broadcast, the band asked fans to vote via a Twitter poll for the song they wished to see get an official release. 777 won a very close race, taking 52% of the votes. The song will be released digitally on March 10th.

The band will likely be holding more similar polls in the future, so fans interested in being part of the voting process should definitely keep an eye on THE Yatou's official Twitter account and this special site for the "song election" project.
