Female-fronted melodic punk band Dizzy Sunfist will release their first full-length album, Dizzy Beats, on March 16th.
To support the release, they will head out on “Dizzy Beats” TOUR 2016, which will begin on March 25th at Chiba LOOK and stretch all the way to October, with more dates still to be announced.
Dizzy Sunfist is a trio featuring two frontwomen, Ayapeta and Iyama, and a male drummer, Moai, who joined the band in 2012. It was originally formed as a cover band in 2006 to take part in a school festival, but in 2009 the members became serious about making music together and recorded their first original songs. The band released a string of demos in the years that followed before finally, in 2013, their first mini-album FIST BUMP was released nationwide.
