New Single from AKB48

Popular idol group AKB48 just released their best-of album 0 to 1 no aida on November 18th, but their 42nd single is already scheduled to hit stores in just a few weeks.

Kuchibiru ni Be My Baby will be released on December 9th in four limited CD+DVD editions and four regular CD+DVD types. All of the versions will feature the title track as well as the B-side 365 nichi no kami hikouki. The third and fourth tracks are different from type to type. The DVDs will contain music clips for the four tracks on each CD and a bonus movie that varies from type and type and deals with Takahashi Minami's graduation from AKB48. Due to the special occasion the third track of Type D is worth noting: it is said that Senaka kotoba is the graduation song of Takahashi Minami. The limited types feature event tickets and voting cards which are only valid in Japan.

Furthermore, AKB48 member Iwasa Misaki has announced the release of her fifth enka single for January 6th, 2016. Though the single is still untitled, it will come out in limited CD+DVD and regular CD-only editions. Further details regarding her solo release will be revealed at a later date.
