Iwasa Misaki

Iwasa Misaki debuted as an enka singer in 2012, but it was not before she graduated from famous idol group AKB48 in summer 2016 that she began to focus completely on her enka career. In Iwasa's repertoire you'll find enka songs of longing which were produced only for her, as well as covers of classic pieces and the so-called "enka versions" of famous AKB48 songs.

Furthermore, the singer ventured abroad in July 2016 for Japan Expo in Paris, and in November for HYPER JAPAN in London, where she performed alongside enka trio Hayabusa, who are also with Iwasa's agency, Nagara Productions.
