MISTY

MISTY is a rock band that proudly hails from the city of Anjo, in Aichi Prefecture. They play a straightforward, fast-paced and catchy-yet-sensitive brand of music similar to bands like ELLEGARDEN. One of the most distinctive features of their sound is the slightly raspy voice of frontman SHINJI, who delivers their lyrics in a seamless mix of Japanese and English.

While MISTY have not achieved the same level of commercial success as some of their peers, they have weathered over a decade of ups and downs, including a number of line-up changes, and are still going strong.
