To overflow evidence

To overflow evidence is a post-hardcore band from Iwaki, Fukushima. While the band has been active since 2002, it has undergone several line-up changes over the years. The only remaining member from the original line-up is frontman Yuusaku Gotou, who started out on guitar before taking over the vocals when the band’s first singer left in 2008.

Their music reflects the diverse range of influences brought in by each member, mixing elements of screamo with more peaceful and melodic sections and shout-along choruses. While they might be a bit of an acquired taste for some, Gotou’s hoarse screams give the band’s songs an honest, uplifting feel that helps to set them apart from other groups.
