GLAM GRAMM@R

Originally called Glam Grammar, it didn’t take this group long to attract attention in the visual kei scene because its first line-up featured two members of the popular oshare band Irokui.: guitarist Shuuta and bassist Ritsu. Unfortunately, Ritsu and the band’s drummer marsa departed in July 2015, and the remaining members decided to take a break to regroup. They made their return in 2016, rebranding the band as GLAM GRAMM@R, but sadly the new line-up only lasted for one more year before disbanding.

As the “glam” in the band’s name suggests, their looks were bold and eye-catching, with vibrant hair colours, costumes and accessories, but their music could get surprisingly dark and heavy.
