HaKU

Hailing from Osaka, HaKU aimed to play danceable rock music without relying on computers or synthesizers, even during live performances. Another striking aspect of their sound was the high, breathy vocals of frontman Yuki Tsujimura, which added a fragile, distinctly human aspect to each song.

HaKU made their major debut in 2012, and in the years that followed they began focusing more attention on spreading their music overseas. They performed in Southeast Asia and released an international version of their mini-album wonderland in 2013. Unfortunately, HaKU disbanded in August 2016 to allow the members to explore other projects.
