J-Visual[ism] CD Art Contest

This year, the German label CLJ Records released a compilation CD called J-Visual[ism], which featured five underground visual kei bands: tarrot, PureQ&A, BRANCH, LiZ and Saruin. Now you have the possibility of designing the cover image for the next CD in the J-Visual[ism] series. If you'd like to help choose which bands to feature, you can check out this poll.

The theme of the cover is up to you, but keep in mind that the J-Visual[ism] logo will be added on it afterward. You'll need to submit the work in a large size and as high in quality as possible, or it cannot be used.

Size requirements: submission must be 13cm x 13cm (5.1 inches x 5.1 inches), or 1536x1536 pixels.

CLJ Records will pick the winner, whose work of art will be used as the cover of the second volume in the visual kei compilation series. In addition, we will publish some of the best submissions on our site.

RULES

Entries that break any of the rules below will be excluded from the contest.

* Copyrighted material is not allowed, so create the image all by yourself.
* No sexually explicit content is allowed.
* Only one submission per person.
* Prizes cannot be exchanged for money or other items.

By submitting your entry, you give your irrevocable permission to JaME and its partners to use and publish your entry.

You can send in your submission until the 31st of December 2008. Soon after the closing date, the winner will be selected based on originality, creativity and overall look.
