Information about picking up your tickets at the Tokyo Dome for X JAPAN's reunion concerts!

Starts: 1:00 P.M.
Ends: 30 minutes before show time

March 29
Starts: 1:00 P.M.
Ends: 30 minutes before show time

March 30
Starts: 1:00 P.M.
Ends: 30 minutes before show time

TICKETHOLDERS - TO PICK UP TICKETS, YOU MUST BRING:
1) YOUR PASSPORT or if you are Japanese, a GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID
2) A printout of EITHER your confirmation email, receipt, OR your e-Ticket

Ticketholders MUST HAVE YOUR PASSPORT OR ID TO PICK UP TICKETS. NO EXCEPTIONS. Do NOT leave your passport at home.

Worried about bringing your original passport? You MAY bring a CLEAR photocopy instead.
Don't have a confirmation email OR e-Ticket? Email us immediately with your full name and what date you purchased for.
Going to more than one concert? You MAY pick up ALL your tickets at the first show you go to.
Wheelchair accessibility? If you did not already email us, email us immediately for accomodation

TRANSFERRING TICKETS?
Use THIS FORM to submit a ticket transfer. You may transfer your tickets to one other person. The deadline for transfers is FRIDAY, MARCH 21, 11:59 PM EST.
