MYV☆CUPS Winner Announced!

A short while ago, JaME had an exclusive contest for the fans of miyavi that gave you the chance to win a limited edition item signed by him: MYV☆CUPS.

We received many submissions from all over the world and from what we've seen, miyavi definitely has some very musical and very creative fans! From all the creative videos we finally managed to select a winner: Hannes from Sweden!

Hannes' comment on the video and winning MYV☆CUPS:

My movie is about a kind of duck inspired by miyavi. I used a translation of the song Coo quack cluck - ku ku ru- and made it into a little fairytale because I like fairytales, miyavi and ducks very much. And I also like endings that are both tragic and happy at the same time. The Story Book featured in the beginning and the end of the movie is inspired by various Disney movies.

And of course, I'm really honored that I won...it's so much more than just the actual prize. It feels so good to get recognition it makes me feel strong and happy. And I like the MYV☆CUPS, too. It's such a precious item and knowing that I am the one who owns it makes me feel really special.
