Daisuke Tsutsui began to compose in 1995. Four years later, he formed an alternative rock band; however, despite interest from some labels, they disbanded in 1999 in order to create a band more electronically oriented. In 2003, this band also broke up. After working as a song-writer for some important labels, the multi-talented Daisuke Tsutsui launched himself into a solo project in 2008, giving birth to Galaxy7. The following year, he joined the label MADSKIPPERS, which is headed by DJ TSUYOSHI, and released a digital single titled Blackmetal. He also participated on the omnibus MADSKIPPERS! Vol.1, which features both songs from the single.

In 2010 his project grew in size. Daisuke Tsutsui made many appearances at various musical events often organized by his label, and then embarked to the USA before traveling through Europe mid-April. During this time, he performed with session members TATSUYA and YSAKxxx. French fans had the opportunity to see him during Fashion Manga #4 and at a small live in Paris.

In the same year, Daisuke Tsutsui also received the award for Best Electro/Dance Song at AVIMA 2010 (Asia Pacific VOICE Independent Music Awards). In Japan, he continued to play at various events, including the RITUALS, 2nd Anniversary Party organized by KENZO-A of gadget., and released two digital singles.

In October, he was invited to play in Indonesia at Gudang Garam InterMusic Java Rockin'land 2010, one of the biggest rock festivals in Southeast Asia. During this festival, the members that accompanied him were Yasuaki Tsubone on guitar, Tatsuya Takahashi on bass, Takashi Fujii on drums as well as DJ Masahiro Ito. In December, his first album—which includes both songs from his first single—was, as usual, digitally released.

In 2011, Daisuke Tsutsui came back to France during the Japan Expo Sud, which took place in the south of France in February.
