Milphinne

The band Milphinne was created in 2002. The line-up consisted of Icchi (vocal), Ren (guitar), Kiyori (guitar), Rinku (bass) and Maimai (drums). Throughout their short career the line-up never changed.

It seems that their career really took off in 2003, as they had various performances and participated in a few compilation albums. Their first maxi-single Sweet Candy was released on May 21st on the independent visual kei label Speed Disk. It sold out pretty quickly, so exactly a month later they released a second press of the single.

After participating in another compilation album, the band released their first mini-album LOVE & PEACE on October 29th, this time distributed by the label Free Will.

2004 started off with a number of lives for Milphinne, performing on various events. Unfortunately, in April the young band decided to disband already, and they played their last gig on April 2nd.

After their disbandment, they five members joined and created new bands. Icchi and Rinku started the band PARADE, and after their disbandment, Icchi formed Canzel. Kiyori and Ren formed the band -YAIVA-. When -YAIVA- disbanded as well, Kiyori and Ren created another new band, Modern Suite, which Maimai joined as well.
