Cinema [S'trip] to Disband

Visual kei band Cinema [S'trip] have announced that after five years of activity they are going to disband. Their final live will be a one-man and will take place at Urawa Narciss on January 30th 2011.

On their blogs the members apologize for the sudden announcement. They explained that the reason for this decision was the fact that guitarist AKIHISA can not continue band activities because of problems in his household and personal circumstances. The members stated that they considered continuing the band without AKIHISA, but since he is the only member left from the original line-up of the band, produced all of their songs and has been the leader of the band for all of the five years, the four members together came to the conclusion that disbanding is the appropriate solution.

Cinema [S'trip] have said that they will continue with their full power until their last live and are asking their fans for support.
