MaitoreiA Disbands

On April 19th, visual kei band MaitoreiA has announced their disbandment via their oficial website.

According to the announcement, the dissolve was reached through an agreement with all the band members. MaitoreiA, which consist of members RIU, DAISHI, RETSU and SHO-TA were suffering through member line-up changes and felt that this would ultimately destroy the band's future. In a prior announcement on the band's website in March, MaitoreiA had announced that RETSU was leaving the band on April 23rd, and that they were going to concentrate on underground activities and performances as they search for a new vocalist.

MaitoreiA's final performance following disbandment would be a one-man held at the Sun Phoenix Hall in Yokohama Arena on April 23rd. The band thanks the fans and everyone who had been involved with MaitoreiA.
