Various New Releases

Making a comeback, the brilliant green is releasing a new single on August 22nd. Said to be a mid-tempo ballad, Stand by me is used as a theme for the TV series "Tantei Gakuen Q". The single will be pressed in two version, the limited of which will include a DVD containing a music video for the song.

Nana Kitade is releasing a new single, Antoinette Blue which is based around the story of Marie Antoinette. Not only is the song featured as a theme for the anime series "D.Gray-man", but it is also the pop-rock singer's first ballad.

Female idol groups GAM and Melon Kinenbi also have new releases coming out in the next few months. GAM's first DVD, from the group's first concert tour, includes footage of Aya Matsuura and Miki Fujimoto's June 16th performance at the Nakano Sun Plaza, while Melon Kinenbi's sixteenth single is a re-recording of Onegai Miwaku no Target, one of their indies releases.

On September 5th, Chara's Sugar Hunter - The Best Love Song Of Chara is set for release. It will include the best of her romantic recordings from the release of her Junior Sweet album until now. A 2-CD set, the limited edition will include a DVD with 15 music videos.

Finally, Hitomi Shimatani's new single, Shinku / Ai no Uta, which is used in the Play Station 2 game, "Another Century's Episode 3 THE FINAL", is also due out on September 5th.
