Rapper who28 will release a new EP on February 8th, his birthday.
Taiga will contain five tracks, including the previously-released singles Mukashi wa binbou, ima wa "SPIT" feat. rirugiliyangugili and my eyes. The three new tracks will include collaborations with STARKIDS member BENXNI and ADY TILE.
Producers who contributed to the release include ViryKnot, KrynX, Calum X, BENXNI, 10pm and momonai.
The EP's title, Taiga, is who28's real name. The release is said to be based around the theme of reexamining his two sides: who28, which represents the parts of himself that he likes and the ideal self he wants to become, and Taiga,
the imperfect side of him that includes things like his doubts and weaknesses. It's said to be a work that expresses the emotions that he felt between the past and the current day straightforwardly, as well as his approach to accepting himself and moving
forward.
