Pop-rock band FIVE NEW OLD will release a new album, titled Feel, on CD and digitally on March 25th.
This will be FIVE NEW OLD's first original album in about three and a half years, following Departure: My New Me, which was released in September 2022. As they celebrated the 15th anniversary of their formation last
year, the band revisited their musical roots to produce this album. It includes nine newly recorded songs with all English lyrics. All of the tracks are based on the theme of "danceable."
The CD will be sold exclusively through the Warner Music Store and at live venues. The Warner Music Store-limited edition comes with an 8cm CD-style acrylic stand and travel pouch, along with a Play Pass that allows the owner to download demo
recordings of the songs and liner notes for each track.
FIVE NEW OLD will also be holding a nationwide tour from April to June. Fans who purchase the Feel CD at each venue will be eligible to participate in an autograph session after the show.
Vocalist HIROSHI commented:
"Convenience is everywhere, and even our 'thinking' can now be entrusted to AI. The busier we are in our search for meaning and value, the further away we are from any real results. In
times like these, I feel it's important to surrender to 'feeling' rather than reason. Even if you let go of your thinking, no one can take away the emotions that arise inside of you. The true richness of life resides in those moments that seem meaningless.
I've created nine important songs. You don't have to put them into words. I'd be happy if you could feel something from them."
