Sonsi's Debut Single

Sonsi, one of the five finalists from ABEMA's hip-hop audition show "RAPSTAR 2025", will release his debut single on February 18th.

Born in 2004 and hailing from the Kagoshima prefecture, Sonsi drew attention on the show for his humorous lyrics about his life and family and frequent use of the Japanese slang term "BBA" ("old lady").

His debut single will be titled OYJ ("oyaji"), and it's said to be a funny and catchy song that captures his love and hatred for his father. The track was produced by beatmaker Koshy, who is known for his work with artists such as Yuki Chiba and Watson.
