Konomi Suzuki and Ashnikko to Perform New "Re:ZERO" Opening Theme

Anison singer Konomi Suzuki and UK-based American rapper Ashnikko will perform the opening theme song for the fourth season of the anime TV series "Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World-", beginning in April.

Recollect has been co-written by DJ TeddyLoid and Vocaloid producer Giga, with lyrics by TeddyLoid and Ashnikko. Suzuki also performed the opening themes for all three previous seasons of "Re:ZERO".

Regarding the collaboration, Ashnikko commented: "I feel so honored to have been asked to work on and perform the opening song for season 4 of Re:ZERO! This is my favorite anime of all time and I can’t believe the stars aligned for this to happen! Thank you to anime song queen Konomi Suzuki for being so welcoming and collaborative. So excited to promote this song and watch season 4 eeeeeeeeee!”

In the meantime, Suzuki will release the new digital single GARANDO on January 30th. Produced by eba, the song will be used as background music for a "No Game, No Life"-themed pachinko machine.
