New Album from Jinmenusagi

Rapper Jinmenusagi released a new album on November 27th.

ALXVE ("alive") is a sequel to his fourth album LXVE -gouhouhaabu-, which was released back in 2014. In contrast to the darkness and loneliness captured in the original release, this album is said to candidly capture his current feelings on family and happiness and what he has lost and gained as a mature adult. It's said to be a sublimation of the "reason to live" he has found after facing the struggles of modern life.

The album features 14 tracks, including the previously-released digital singles Aruku, BAKI and Atarashii tomodachi iranai. It features guest appearances from 1an (Sour inc.), ACE COOL, ANARCHY, C6ix, D3adStock, SENNINSHO, Chinza DOPENESS and Hannya.

Producers who contributed to the release include D3adStock, DJ KRUSH, DubbyMaple, hokuto and Sweet William, as well as Jinmenusagi himself, under his beatmaking alias LEEYVNG. The mastering was done by Mike Bozzi, a Grammy-winning engineer.
