B'z to Perform "LUPIN THE IIIRD THE MOVIE" Theme Song

Rock duo B'z will provide the theme song for the anime film "LUPIN THE IIIRD THE MOVIE Fujimi no Ketsuzoku", which will be released in Japan on June 27th.

B'z guitarist Tak Matsumoto commented that the song, entitled The IIIRD Eye, will have a distinctly jazzy flavour, and that he's been a fan of the "Lupin III" anime franchise since 1971.

In the meantime, Matsumoto will release a new digital single on April 9th. Tiger's Eye has been produced to commemorate the 90th anniversary of the Hanshin Tigers baseball team.
