Horror punk band BALZAC will release a new album on March 19th.
EVIL LEGEND THIRTEEN will be their first new full-length album in about six years, following 2019's
HYBRID BLACK. It will be their 13th in total. The album's title is taken from the independent label "EVILEGEND 13," which released their first 7-inch single back in 1993, calling back to their origins.
The album will contain 13 songs, including re-recorded, remixed versions of Shisen, THROW IT ALL AWAY and HERE, ALL ALONG, songs taken from the singles they have released since their previous album. Also included will be A TASTE OF BLOOD,
a hardcore number featured on a demo tape from 30 years ago that the band has re-recorded as faithfully as possible to the original demo version.
The album is said to offer everything from a brutal, heavy horror sound to pop horror punk and more progressive, hybrid rock tracks.
