Hip-hop unit STARKIDS released a new album on November 22nd.
G-SPOT is their first new album in about three years. It contains nine songs, including the previously-released tracks World is Ours ft. Hatsune Miku, TYOSTAR and BIG HEAD. It was noted that the “G” in the title does not refer to their collective/label
guntai9, but to various meanings that each of the members have given it.
The meanings provided by the members include:
levi - Genkin (Cash) spot ROAR - Gold spot TAHITI - Gōryū (Joining/Meet up) spot espeon - God spot BENXNI - Genki (Lively/Energetic) spot Space Boy - Gaijin (Foreigner) spot
The album features not just songs produced by STARKIDS member BENXNI, but also lileffort, tonser, sg Lily, maple and goonyears. It also features a guest appearance from American rapper Deko.
The album was released on digital platforms on November 22nd, and a physical edition was released on the 25th. The physical version contains a previously unreleased bonus track, giving it a total of 10 songs.

In addition, STARKIDS posted a cryptic message on their social media on November 8th along
with the caption "thank you for four years," leading fans to worry that the group was disbanding. However, when it was decoded, it was revealed that the message was just a joke.
